A deep grain processing plant is planned for construction in the Akmola region

An investment agreement was signed with Asia Altyn Dan LLP, a subsidiary of Dalian Hesheng Holdings Group, for the project "Construction of a deep grain processing plant in the Akmola region."

Sultangali Kinzhalkulov Chairman of the Management Board of JSC NC KAZAKH INVEST, delivered a welcoming speech at the event.

The Chairman emphasized that this is the largest deep wheat processing project in Central Asia. Key project stages include amino acid production, a dedicated power plant, and a coal chemical complex, highlighting the technological complexity of the project.

"The signing of the investment agreement marks a contribution to the development of Kazakhstan's agro-industrial complex through the implementation of advanced Chinese engineering practices, which confirms the favorable investment climate created in our country for foreign investors," noted Sultangali Kinzhalkulov.

The event also featured speeches by Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aidarbek Saparov, Akim of the Akmola Region Marat Akhmetzhanov, and Director of Asia Altyn Dan LLP Yuy Yufei.

The investment project for the construction of a deep grain processing complex will be implemented with the support of JSC NC KAZAKH INVEST and will be located in the Akmola Industrial Zone. Construction is planned in three stages with a total processing capacity of 3 million tons. In the first stage, processing capacity will be 1 million tons of wheat per year, producing 400,000 tons of glutamic acid and approximately 150,000 tons of gluten, feed, and other by-products.

Dalian Hesheng Holdings Group possesses a unique biofermentation technology (a process that converts organic matter using microorganisms) for starch contained in wheat grain. This technology significantly reduces the cost of producing glucose syrup, which is then used to produce various types of amino acids and bioplastics.
