Kazakhstan and Italy Develop Investment Cooperation
During a working visit to Italy, Chairman of the Investment Committee Gabidulla Ospankulov and Foreign Representative of JSC "NC "KAZAKH INVEST" in the Italian Republic Altynay Mukanova held meetings with the management of large Italian companies, during which parties discussed the possibilities of deepening investment cooperation.
Thus, representatives of the Italian Carmec expressed a desire to implement a project to build a cheese factory, taking into account Kazakhstan's great potential in the food industry.
Also, G. Ospankulov, at a meeting with Coms, discussed the issues of implementing water resources management technologies. The Head of the Committee stressed that Kazakhstan faces a number of critical problems in the allocation of water resources, which require an integrated approach and strategic solutions. In this regard, it is important to study and apply Coms' experience in the field of water resources management.
In addition, the Roma Capital Investment Foundation has shown interest in projects in the field of agriculture and tractor construction. During the negotiations, Italian companies were familiarized with the investment climate of Kazakhstan and new investment attraction tools.
Representatives of the Italian business community showed great interest in the implementation of joint promising projects and expressed hope for successful cooperation with Kazakhstani partners.
