KAZAKH INVEST at the Ninth CICA Business Forum
On November 20 this year in Astana, Deputy Chairman of the Board of JSC "NC "KAZAKH INVEST" Madiyar Sultanbek spoke at a panel session on the sustainable development of small and medium-sized businesses within the framework of the Ninth Business Forum of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-building Measures in Asia (CICA), where he spoke about investment opportunities in Kazakhstan.
On the sidelines of the event, the President of the Chinese-Eurasian Business Council, Chyngyz Sher, the Director of KOTRA in Almaty, Kim Jung-Hoon, the Head of the cross-border e-commerce project of the People's Republic of China, Tong Dan, and others also spoke. The event program included five panel sessions on the integration of artificial intelligence into SMEs, the expansion of cross-border trade through e-commerce, innovative solutions in logistics and infrastructure, the growing opportunities of women in SMEs, and the sustainable development of SMEs.
During his speech, M. Sultanbek presented to the participants information about the Republic of Kazakhstan's investment climate, the work of KAZAKH INVEST, and measures of state support. The Deputy Chairman of the Board spoke in detail about the possibilities of obtaining tax benefits, protecting the rights of investors through international agreements, and receiving support from the national company at all stages of project implementation. M. Sultanbek also noted that Kazakhstan is actively developing areas related to environmentally friendly technologies and waste recycling.
The Forum brought together business leaders and representatives of international organizations and government agencies, providing a key platform for dialogue on economic cooperation development in Asia. The event aimed to strengthen the B2B and G2B networks in the CICA member states to develop business contacts and implement promising investment projects.
