Businessmen of the Chinese province of Fujian will consider investment opportunities in Kazakhstan
KAZAKH INVEST took part in the Conference on Cooperation of Fujian Province with Central Asian Countries, organized by the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Shanghai and the Department of Commerce of the Government of Fujian Province. The event was attended by representatives of over 1000 enterprises in Fujian province.
The General Representative of KAZAKH INVEST in the PRC Kuanysh Amantai presented to the Conference participants the investment opportunities of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the possibilities of investment cooperation in the production of Kazakh products with high export potential in the PRC market.
In turn, companies from Fujian province made a presentation of their activities. Following the results of the speeches, a number of companies expressed their interest in establishing investment cooperation in the field of transport and logistics, the production of medical materials and personal protective equipment, plumbing, as well as in the field of e-commerce.
Within the framework of a working visit to Fujian province, the Representative Office of KAZAKH INVEST in China took part in the meeting of the Consul General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Shanghai R. Rakhimov with the Chairman of the «China Council for Promotion of International Trade» of Fujian province Xu Ming. During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for trade and investment cooperation between enterprises of Fujian and the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the possibility of organizing a joint event to present the investment climate of the Republic of Kazakhstan during the current year.
