News - 25 Documents Totaling $3 Billion were Signed on the Sidelines of the Kazakh-French Investment Round Table in Paris

As part of the Investment Round Table with the largest French companies with the participation of the Head of State, bilateral documents were signed. 25 documents were signed for a total of $3 billion:

1. Intergovernmental agreement between the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France on the construction of a wind power plant with a capacity of 1 GW (WPP) in the Zhambyl region

2. Framework agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Alstom Holdings SA on the basic principles for the implementation of projects, production and maintenance of electric locomotives and equipment for rolling stock and railway infrastructure in the Republic of Kazakhstan

3. Agreement on cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Synetics on the establishment of a genetic center

4. Memorandum of Understanding between AIFC and Paris Europlace

5. Agreement on basic terms between Samruk-Kazyna and Total Eren S.A. project "Mirny"

6. Agreement on cooperation and financing between  "NC "KazMunayGas" JSC and Air Liquide Eastern Europe S.A.

7. Memorandum of Understanding between "NC "KazMunayGas" JSC and Air Liquide Eastern Europe S.A.

8. Memorandum of cooperation between "NC "KAZAKH INVEST" JSC and Total Eren S.A.

9. Memorandum of Cooperation between "NC "Qazaq Gaz" JSC, France Hydrogene, Medef International

10. Memorandum of Understanding between "NC "QazaqGaz" JSC and Technip Energies N.V.

11. Cooperation agreement between "NC "KTZ" JSC and ALSTOM Transport SA

14. Memorandum of Understanding between "NAC "Kazatomprom" JSC and I2EN on cooperation in the field of nuclear energy

15. Memorandum of cooperation between National Holding "QazBioPharm" JSC and Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health France on the production of vaccines

16. Joint statement between "Nazarbayev University" and organizations "Université de Lorraine" - "Total Energies", "Alstom" and "Air Liquide" on the issues of intentions in the preparation and further employment of Kazakh undergraduates in engineering specialties, financing of R&D

21. Agreement on cooperation between "Schneider Electric" LLP and "Schneider Electric Kazakhstan" on the technology transfer

22. Contract between "Orken Alem" LLP and Safran for the production of parachute systems

23. Memorandum of cooperation between "Karaganda-Sturgeon" LLP, "Cavier House Premier" and "Swiss Choice Holding SA" on the supply of products to France

24. Share purchase agreement between Magnetic Oil and Total Energies (Dunga field)

25. Memorandum of Understanding between Kazakhstan Investment Development Fund (KIDF) and Proparco
    

It is worth noting that the investment round table with the participation of the Head of State was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in France and "NC "KAZAKH INVEST" JSC.
