Prerequisites for the Project implementation

Favorable location

FEZ "Ontustik" provides tax preferences, and also has all the necessary infrastructure for the successful implementation of the Project: access to railway tracks and highways is provided, all engineering communications are carried out;

Import substitution

A significant part of the demand for mechanical engineering products is covered by imports. For example, in 2019, the volume of imports of centrifugal pumps amounted to 587 thousand units, while the indicators of own production – 11.4 thousand units.

Offtake contracts

JSC NWF "Samruk Kazyna" has developed the concept of offtake contracts, under which domestic producers receive long-term guaranteed orders from the national companies of the fund.
