The LP also hosts a multimodal logistics center (105 ha), including a container terminal and stock, a customs clearance center, warehouses and a depot; 2) Industrial park ("IP") with an area of 220 hectares (with the possibility of increasing up to 250 hectares), which includes an infrastructure zone, ready-made production premises and land plots with infrastructure; 3) Railway station ("ZhD") with an area of 85 hectares.

Company

LLP "G-Trans Service" is a design company for the creation of the Hub.
