5th Meeting of the Kazakhstan-Switzerland Business Council
JSC “NC “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” and Stadler Kazakhstan invite you to participate in the 5th meeting of the Kazakhstan–Switzerland Business Council, which will be held on November 28, 2025, at The Ritz-Carlton, Astana. The event will be held with the support of JSC “NC KAZAKH INVEST”.
The meeting will be chaired by Serik Zhumangarin, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Guy Parmelin, Vice President of the Swiss Confederation, Federal Councillor, Head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research.
The event will serve as a key platform for the development of bilateral trade, economic, and investment cooperation, as well as for discussing prospects in priority sectors, including energy, mechanical engineering, vocational education, waste management, pharmaceuticals, and railway transport.
More than 30 leading Swiss companies will participate, including Kuehne + Nagel International AG (logistics), Novartis Kazakhstan and F. Hoffmann – La Roche (pharmaceuticals), Nestlé Food Kazakhstan (food industry), Glencore / Kazzinc Holdings (mining and metallurgy), Buhler AG (engineering and manufacturing), Constellium (aluminum products), Leica Geosystems Kazakhstan (measurement systems), Sika Central Asia (construction chemicals), and AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG (logistics and transport).
The meeting will mark an important step in strengthening dialogue between the two countries, sharing experience, expanding direct contacts, and implementing joint projects that contribute to the development of economic partnership between Kazakhstan and Switzerland.
