Management Board - Aibol Argyngazinov

Aibol Argyngazinov was born in 1993 in the Almaty region. He is a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University and the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the National Research University "Higher School of Economics". Member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.

A. Argyngazinov began his professional career in 2015 as an expert in the Department of Macroeconomic Analysis and Forecasting at the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2017 to 2019, he worked as Head of the Analysis and Monitoring Department at "Kazcontent" JSC, Deputy Director of the Center for Macroeconomic Research and Forecasting, and Director of the Center for Analysis and Global Economy at the "Economic Research Institute" JSC.

In 2019, he served as an Advisor to the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2019 to 2022, he worked as a consultant, Head of the Sector in the Department of Socio-Economic Monitoring, and later as Head of the Sector in the Secretariat of the Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2022 to 2024, he held the position of Director of the Department of Budget Lending, the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and Interaction on Financial Sector Issues at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From 2024 until his current appointment, he served as Chairman of the Management Board of "State Social Insurance Fund" JSC.

Since March 3, 2025, Aibol Argyngazinov has been serving as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and a member of the Management Board of "NC "KAZAKH INVEST" JSC.
