Success Story - LLP «YDD Corporation»

In June 2019, the opening of a new YDD Corporation plant in the Karaganda region took place.

The project cost is $ 94 million. The plant was built with the financing of DBK within the framework of the Industrial and Innovative Development Program.

The main product is high-quality ferrosilicon (FeSi75), which is an important element in the production of steel. It is planned that the production capacity of the plant at launch (2020) will be 180 thousand tons annually, and after the implementation of the second stage of production expansion in the same year, it will reach 240 thousand tons of ferrosilicon. At the opening, it was announced that the products will be fully exported.
