LLP "KamLitKZ" Plans to Expand Production in Kazakhstan

A meeting was held at the site of JSC "NC "KAZAKH INVEST" between Murat Zakaryanov, Deputy Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Ainur Zhumanbayeva, Industry Executive of JSC "NC "KAZAKH INVEST," representatives of the Union of Industrial Investors of Kazakhstan, and LLP "KamLitKZ". During the meeting, the parties discussed the company's current major investment projects in the Kostanay Industrial Zone and plans to expand operations in Kazakhstan.

Currently, LLP "KamLitKZ" is constructing two factories: an iron casting factory and a factory for producing truck drive axles. Construction of the iron casting factory began in December 2020 and is expected to start production in November 2024, with an annual production capacity of up to 45,000 tons of castings. The total investment in the project amounts to 78.2 billion tenge, creating 300 jobs. Construction and installation work have been completed, the main technological equipment has been installed, and trial batches of products are being produced.

The truck drive axle factory, whose construction began in January 2021, is planned to launch in the second quarter of 2025 with a capacity of 74,000 units per year. The investment in the project is 82.5 billion tenge, creating 360 jobs. Currently, construction and installation of technological equipment are being completed.

Additionally, in 2023, LLP "KamLitKZ" began a project to increase the localization level of truck bridge beam production. This project aims to produce up to 90,000 processed units per year, with an investment volume of 78 billion tenge and the creation of over 100 new jobs.

"The expansion of LLP 'KamLitKZ' production capacities is an important step in the development of Kazakhstan's industrial infrastructure. We are confident that these projects will bring significant economic benefits, create new opportunities for local enterprises, and enhance the competitiveness of our products in international markets," noted M. Zakaryanov.

At the end of the meeting, the parties agreed to further cooperation in implementing significant investment projects in mechanical engineering.
