Kazakhstan and Moldova Strengthen Investment Cooperation
On June 14, of this year, with the aim of expanding dialogue and further strengthening bilateral relations, the Investment Business Forum "Kazakhstan-Moldova - New Opportunities" was held. The event, which took place in an online format, was attended by about 50 representatives from the government and private sectors of both countries.
During the forum, presentations were given by the Minister of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, Erbol Karashukeev, the Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry of Moldova, Vladimir Bolya, and the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Moldova, Almat Aidarbekov. The speakers expressed their readiness to expand investment relations between the countries.
During the session "Investment Opportunities of Kazakhstan and Moldova" Meirzhan Yussupov, Chairman of the Management Board of KAZAKH INVEST JSC, addressed the participants with welcoming remarks, emphasizing the high potential of bilateral relations. The head of the national company assured that KAZAKH INVEST is ready to become a reliable partner for Moldovan investors.
In turn, Daulet Saktaganov, Head of Projects for European Countries at KAZAKH INVEST, talked about investment opportunities in Kazakhstan, measures of state support for investors, and promising directions for strengthening economic cooperation.
The forum concluded with a question-and-answer session, where participants had the opportunity to ask questions to the speakers and receive clarifications on relevant topics.
The business forum served as an excellent platform for exchanging experiences, establishing business contacts, and exploring new promising projects.
