Project
This investment project provides for the refinement and integration of an information system with state databases to provide online consultation services to patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases (CVD), based on artificial intelligence. Current project status:
- a website (remedii.me) and an application for IOS and Android were developed, hosted on the App Store and Google Play platforms, respectively;
- purchased server hardware;
- added functions of a reminder to take medicines, as well as a risk calculator for sudden death;
- integration with the "Smart ECG" project with access to the ECG results of patients within the framework of the "Remedii" service;
- integration of a mobile application with a smart watch for the transfer of data on health and physical activity;
- contracts were concluded with doctors and organizations LLP "Dariya-Med" and NGO "Evidence-based cardiology".

- CVDs occupy the second position among the main diseases of the inhabitants of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The incidence of CVD is increasing at an average annual growth rate of 5.3% during the period 2017-2020.
- As part of the Health Development Program for 2020-2025. implementation of the Concept for the Development of Digitalization of Healthcare is underway. Currently, regulations are being developed to regulate the scope of remote medical services.
- Experience of the Project Team. The specialists of the Project team have more than 10 years of experience in the field of cardiology, as well as in the development and application of information and communication technologies in healthcare. As of the end of Q1 2023, the mobile application was downloaded 111 times, more than 50 online consultations were held, 8 doctors and 4 medical organizations were registered
- Flexibility in the provision of services. The information system "Remedii" for online consultations with doctors provides ease of use and accessibility of medical services at any time and from anywhere. Users can get advice from leading experts of the Republic of Kazakhstan without the need for a physical presence in the clinic.
- Scalability and expansion of the range of services. The availability of resources and the use of innovative technologies make it possible to increase sales volumes and expand the sales market (CIS and African countries). The company plans to expand the range of services by introducing the possibility of online consultations in other areas of medicine
For the implementation of the Project, financing in the amount of 401 thousand US dollars (at the rate of 449.2 tenge) is required, including:
- 100% (401 thousand US dollars) - investor participation.
