Products
The project is focused on the sale of products on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan and export to Russia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan. The annual range of products upon reaching the design capacity is planned as follows: wheat starch - 60,300 tons; dry gluten (gluten) - 17,000 tons; glucose-fructose syrup - 30,000 tons; modified starch - 48,600 tons; bran - 40,000 tons.
Project
It is planned to build and technically equip a production complex for the deep processing of wheat grain in the Kostanay region. The project is planned to be implemented on its own land plot of 0.6 hectares. The implementation of the Project will allow to carry out the following tasks:
- increasing the processing component in the gross regional product of the Kostanay region;
- creation of up to 500 jobs.
Vadisa M LLP was established in 2002. The main activity is flour production.
Market
- The products manufactured under the Project are planned to be sold both on the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan (40% of the total sales volume) and exported (60%).
- In 2021, the volume of production of starch, inulin, wheat gluten, dextrin, other modified starch in the Republic of Kazakhstan amounted to 45 thousand tons, which is 3% more than in 2020. The average annual growth rate of production volumes was 38% in the period from 2017 to 2021. Over the past 5 years, the decrease in imports of wheat gluten in percentage terms was 91%.
- The export of wheat gluten has been demonstrating a positive trend for 5 years. The average annual growth rate for 5 years is 476%
- Having experience. The company has a mill complex for grain processing with a production capacity of 600 tons per day, a complex for the production of feed mixtures and feed additives with a capacity of up to 300 tons per day and granaries with a capacity of 60,000 tons. In addition, the Company has gained 20 years of experience in the sale and production of feed, wheat, rapeseed, barley, bran, flour, trained personnel and established supply chains.
- Governmental support. There is an extensive list of state support instruments through specialized organizations to support the agro-industrial complex.
To implement the Project, funding in the amount of USD 134,242 thousand is required, including:
- 100% (USD 134,242 thousand) – investor participation.
