Board of Directors - Mr. Sultangali Kinzhakulov

Mr. Kinzhakulov was born in 1982 in Almaty. He graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Law and International Relations and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. He is a specialist in international relations.

He began his career in 2003 as a specialist in the Consular Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2006–2016 — Attach of the Consular Service Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan; Attaché, Third, Second, and First Secretary of the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the People’s Republic of China; Second Secretary of the Department of Asia and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.

2016–2017 — Special Adviser on Investments to the Minister of Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2017–2019 — Representative of NC “KAZAKH INVEST” JSC in the People’s Republic of China.

2019–2023 — Head of Division of the Department of Asia and Africa of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan; Adviser on Trade, Economic, and Investment Issues at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in the People’s Republic of China.

From 2023 to the present — Deputy Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

He is fluent in English and Chinese.
