The leading freight forwarding company in the Republic of Kazakhstan in the railway industry, providing a full range of transport services in the oil and gas sector. The official forwarder of the National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC. It has representative offices and technical personnel in cities such as Astana, Atyrau, Shymkent, Pavlodar, Aktau, and Kyzylorda, as well as at Dostyk and Uzen stations, and at the three largest oil refineries in Kazakhstan.
Its transportation geography includes the CIS countries, Afghanistan, and the seaports of the Black and Azov Seas.

The company was founded in 2002 in Almaty.

• In 2013, it acquired the freight forwarding company Premium Oil Trans LLP.
• In 2014, it acquired two washing and steaming stations from Kazykurt-South LLP (Shymkent) and Ertys Service LLP (Pavlodar), and created RTI-ANPZ LLP (Petroleum LLP - 70%) for the construction and development of transport infrastructure.
• In 2015, it acquired the existing complex of preloading tanks for tank cars in Atyrau to modernize and build a new high-tech washing and steaming station (Batys Petroleum LLP).
• In 2016, The Petroleum Group of Companies operated a 100% fleet of tank cars for the national operator Kaztemirtrans JSC.
