KAZAKH INVEST Took Part in an Educational Forum for Employees of the Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The Astana International Financial Center conducts a number of training seminars at the training courses for employees of the diplomatic service of the Republic of Kazakhstan who will work in foreign institutions. The event takes place in the AIFC from 11 to 15 July this year.
Employees of KAZAKH INVEST NC JSC were invited as speakers to the investment sessions. At the seminars, diplomats were told about the company's activities and main areas of work about the role of investments in the country's economy and state investment policy. The speakers tried to provide listeners with a "full immersion" in the industry, talking about the current situation and the potential of industries, measures of state support. The listeners were most interested in stories about real cases in the work of attracting investments. Speakers revealed the potentials of such industries as agribusiness, metallurgy, energy, pharmaceuticals, engineering, transport and logistics, etc.
In addition, the Investment Task Force (a joint division of KAZAKH INVEST and the AIFC) informed about 70 projects with the creation of more than 28 thousand jobs, the amount of investments of which exceeds $13 billion. Also, they informed employees of the diplomatic service about a relatively new instrument of state support - the Investment Agreement, about the role of the Investment Task Force in supporting strategic projects, etc.
