AIFC will become financial center not only of Kazakhstan, but of entire region – Nazarbayev
The first President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, received the governor of the Astana International Financial Center, Kairat Kelimbetov.
Nazarbayev was briefed on current activities and future plans of the AIFC.
He stressed the importance of the ongoing work on the development of the Center.
"The AIFC is one of our largest and most important projects. We pin great hopes on it because it will become the financial center not only of Kazakhstan, but of the entire region. The AIFC will develop along the path of other financial centers of the world. I want us to achieve success in it," said the First President of Kazakhstan.
