4) Persons who are in the Republic of Kazakhstan in case of need to care for close relatives - citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan or foreigners permanently residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and are being treated in hospitals.
Note:
The degree of kinship of the persons referred to in paragraphs 3) and 4) shall be determined in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
