Dutch Investors are Ready to Implement an Agricultural Project in Kazakhstan
Prospects for the implementation of the fertilizer production project in Kazakhstan were discussed during the visit of the first heads of the Dutch companies "KOPPERT Biological Systems" and "Dutch Greenhouse Delta" to Kazakhstan, organized by "NC "KAZAKH INVEST" JSC.
At a meeting with representatives of KAZAKH INVEST, the General Director of "KOPPERT Biological Systems", Henri Oosthoek, noted that the implementation of the project involves a full program of production of organic products and services for comprehensive pest control.
According to him, the project provides for the production of biological products such as sticky traps and traps with pheromones, which will reduce the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers and restore the natural immunity of the soil and plants. It should be noted that today "KOPPERT Biological Systems" occupies a leading position in the market of biological plant protection. The company's products are successfully used in more than 100 countries around the world.
At the same time, as part of the working visit of the Dutch delegates, the event "FIELD DAY" was organized, during which investors visited the demonstration field of Armavir LLP. At the event, sustainable technologies for agriculture and an integrated crop protection system were presented to increase their productivity and quality.
In addition, during the visit, delegates from the Netherlands held meetings with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Astana International Financial Center and "QazIndustry" JSC.
It is worth noting that the Netherlands is one of the main partners of Kazakhstan in the European Union and occupies the first place in terms of investments in the economy of Kazakhstan and the leading positions among trading partners. By the way, in June of this year, "NC "KAZAKH INVEST" JSC organized a Kazakh-Dutch round table with the participation of about 15 Dutch companies, where a number of commercial documents on the implementation of new investment projects in the Republic of Kazakhstan were signed.
