Tender on the definition of a private partner in the PPP project "Installation of electronic ticketing system for public transport in Kyzylorda"
The “Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda Region” Public Institution announces a tender to determine a private partner for the public-private partnership project “Installing an Electronic Ticket System for Public Transport of the City of Kyzylorda”.
The goal of the project is to increase the efficiency of providing passenger transportation services by installing an intelligent transport system complex for 500 units of bus equipment and improving the quality of services for the population of Kyzylorda.
Tasks:
· purchase and transfer of an intelligent transport system complex (KITS) to Kyzylorda Bus Depot LLP;
· delivery and installation of KITS equipment;
· training of personnel of Kyzylorda Bus Depot LLP to use technical and functional capabilities of CITS;
· warranty and post-warranty service KITS;
· an increase in the annual collection of cash payments for travel;
· transfer to non-cash payment by 100% during the entire term of the PPP contract.
Project location: Kyzylorda Bus Depot LLP, Kyzylorda Oblast, Kyzylorda City, Zhibek Zholy Lane 3, Building 16.
Period of implementation of the PPP project:
The general term of a PPP is 3 years 9 months, including:
· purchase and supply of equipment - 3 months;
· service life - 3 years 6 months.
Potential private partners who have expressed a desire to participate in the competition, before February 11, 2019, must submit a technical proposal developed in accordance with the technical task of the State Administration of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda Region, as well as submit documents confirming compliance with qualification requirements for the basis of which will be held qualifying selection.
The competition is organized by the State Institution “Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda Region”.
