KAZAKH INVEST Showcases Agribusiness Investment Opportunities at “PRO Milk-2025” Forum in Pavlodar
The International Dairy Business Forum “PRO Milk-2025” took place in Pavlodar, bringing together leading experts, investors, agribusiness representatives, financial institutions, dairy producers and processors from Kazakhstan and abroad. Running alongside the forum, the specialized exhibition “QazaqSut” featured innovative technologies, equipment, and digital solutions for the development of the dairy industry.
The forum’s business agenda focused on the investment potential of the agro-industrial complex (AIC), government support measures, industry modernization and digitalization, as well as water management and irrigated agriculture.
On the sidelines of the event, the second KAZAGRO INDUSTRY INVEST’25 Investment Meeting was held with the participation of JSC NC KAZAKH INVEST, Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, investment funds, sectoral ministries, and second-tier banks. Participants discussed tools for stimulating AIC investments, new project support mechanisms, and practices for investment risk insurance.
Almaz Akishev, Regional Director of KAZAKH INVEST in Pavlodar region, delivered a presentation outlining the key initiatives under Kazakhstan’s state investment policy, including the Investment Headquarters, the launch of the Fast Track system, the National Digital Investment Platform, and the mechanism of signing Investment Agreements for large-scale projects.

Regional work is a key focus: we have offices in each region, which allows us to stay close to businesses, address issues promptly, and ensure effective coordination with local authorities. Pavlodar region, like many others, holds strong potential for the development of dairy farming and processing. We stand ready to support investment initiatives on the ground,” said Almaz Akishev.
The event served as an effective platform for direct dialogue between investors, businesses, and the state, highlighting growing international and domestic interest in Kazakhstan’s agribusiness sector.
