Born in 1988 in Almaty.
Graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles (USA) with a degree in Management.
Has 15 years of experience in business management (manufacturing, trade and services), as well as attracting investments.
He began his career in 2008 in the USA.
2008 - 2015 work in various private sector companies in Kazakhstan and abroad, including in senior positions.
From December 2015 to August 2017 - Managing Director of IntelTech Construction (production of cement and building mixtures), Almaty.
From December 2016 to August 2017 - Managing Director of IMPEL (European TNC in the field of facility management), Almaty.
He works in KAZAKH INVEST since September 2017 in the positions of Director for Pre-Investment Support, Director for Regional Support, Director for Strategic Analysis, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board for Strategic Investment Projects, Director of the Investment Promotion and Marketing Department.
Since June 2021, he has been appointed as the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, a member of the Management Board of KAZAKH INVEST. He supervises investment promotion division, foreign representative offices, protocol service, marketing, communications, press office, analytical division, corporate development and digital transformation.
