My name is Yusuf Akbulut, I am a manager of «Celkonsan Makina» company. We are established in Kazakhstan as branch offices firstly, and later we invest in our own factory in Kazakhstan, Almaty city in Kaskelen region. In 2017, we started this construction, approximately 2018 we finalize and started manufacturing in Kaskelen region. Now we are manufacturing to road barrier and steel construction and we have hot dip galvanized plant we can also make hit dip galvanizing process. In the beginning, we are actually not so clear about making investment in Kazakhstan but we think this is our main country and we want to try it. After that, in 5 or 6 month later, we saw the chance, works population is better than what we are thinking in the beginning and then now we want to increase our investment in here. In 2021, the Almaty city industrial zone is giving some area for us to make near-investment. Now we are starting construction works beginning of June. When we can get some, you know, process when we finalize it and we give the expertise for the projects we are planning to make near investment. With this near -investment, we will increase our capacity two more times. From beginning time, up to now, Kazakhstan, Kazakh Invest, plus the Embassy of Kazakhstan is helping so much for us. When we have some hot point or when we get some problem we directly get contact and they will start to try to solve this issue and try to solve problem and show you the ok you can follow this way, and you can keep your works what you want to do. What I say, from two years we can say that we are fully capacity is working on Kazakhstan and the investment in this two years we saw that the works capabilities and the potential of the works in Kazakhstan is increasing. We are always saying that this country is for the securities, for the laws, or for work potential. It will be so high and the industry’s general management is want to invest in Kazakhstan’s second plant. What I can say for the new investors for the Kazakhstan’s they can easily come here and make investment what they want to do. The Kazakhstani government and Kazakh Invest helping their side as much as possible and fully supported you can feel behind you their support. Then we can say for the security its no any problem for having some currency. Now up to two years, the currency is very stable and you can estimate what are the possibilities for the next two years. For this, it will be also helpful for us because government is very strict, not strict strong they also have in another side. I can say for Turkish people and other foreigners you can easily come to Kazakhstan firstly, they can search the market and then I can suggest to them to make investment, actually.
Three main factors from your opinion about Kazakhstan for new investors?
Ok. First, of all Kazakhstan has very big area, and from our market we are making road barriers and now so many road construction are ongoing. In Kazakhstan actually speaking, it is always supplying from Russia. Then now in Kazakhstan the government want to make made in Kazakhstan and this reason not so much competitors you can have in Kazakhstan. When you open it, government’s support, and their helps for the money or taxes, you can find very big capacity area. In the summary first, is working possibilities, you can find so many big areas because you could not find so many competitors. And second one is the government support and Kazakh Invest support also they can give some support for not taxing for your side and they can give free area for making investment in another countries it’s not easy to find something like this help for you. Third, we are Turkish and here is our motherland we want to make investment together, we are like brother countries.
